1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Belur Pushpagiri Lodge (belurpushpagirilodge.com) or making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking & Reservations

All room reservations are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, you may be required to provide valid personal information including name, contact number, and email address.

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may incur additional charges)
• Valid Government ID: All guests must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhar, Passport, Driver's License, etc.)
• Minimum Age: Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in unaccompanied

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our lodge:

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in date: No cancellation fee.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: 1 night's room tariff will be charged.
• No-Show: If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full booking amount for the reserved duration may be charged.
• Early Departure: No refund will be issued for early check-out.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Payment Terms

We accept cash and digital payments (UPI, credit/debit cards). Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed upon. Any additional charges (extra services, damages, etc.) must be settled before check-out.

5. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

We strive to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests. To maintain this environment, we expect all guests to:

• Respect other guests and lodge staff
• Refrain from excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• Not bring outside visitors into rooms without prior approval
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms (designated smoking areas available)
• Not bring illegal substances or weapons onto the premises
• Report any damages or issues to the front desk immediately

The lodge reserves the right to evict any guest violating these rules without refund.

6. Damage & Lost Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furniture, fixtures, or lodge property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. The lodge is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. For your security, please use the in-room locker or deposit valuables at the front desk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Belur Pushpagiri Lodge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the booking in question.

We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government actions.

8. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Belur Pushpagiri Lodge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure

Belur Pushpagiri Lodge shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of God. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule bookings or offer credits where feasible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hassan District, Karnataka.
